    Get that fancy steak house dinner at home with these delicious sliders. They're made with grilled asparagus, meat patty, fried shrimp, pickled shallots and a chipotle mayo sauce. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, lunch or dinner!

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup mayonnaise
    • ¼ cup sour cream
    • 2 to 4 tablespoons chipotle in adobe sauce (depending on how hot you like it)
    • pinch of salt and black pepper
    • 2 large shallots, peeled and thinly sliced
    • ¼ red wine vinegar
    • pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • ¼ cup cornstarch
    • 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
    • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
    • 2 large eggs, whisked
    • couple dashed hot sauce
    • ¾ pound large (21 to 25 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • canola oil for frying
    • 1 pound fresh asparagus
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1½ teaspoons salt
    • 1½ teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
    • 2 pounds ground sirloin
    • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
    • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 12 small slider buns
