    • 3 tbsp vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
    • 1 garlic clove, mashed
    • 1/4 tsp dijon mustard
    • 1/4 tsp onion powder
    • 1 pinch ground allspice
    • 1 pinch cinnamon
    • salt and pepper, to taste
