    This stuffed fish is a new way to serve fish! It is stuffed with delicious filling and tastes so Persian!

    • 4 whole medium sized fish, any type will work. Inside must be all clean.
    • 1/2 big yellow onion, diced
    • 2 cloves of garlic, mashed
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Juice of one lemon
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1/2 tbsp chopped rosemery
    • 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
    • 3/4 cup chopped walnut
    • 1/2 cup barberry
    • 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp black pepper
