    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 2 tsp garlic, minced
    • 1 head of cabbage, chopped or shredded
    • 2- 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes
    • 4 Tbs tomato paste
    • 3 cups water
    • 1½ Tbs paprika
    • 2 tsp high mineral salt (THM Pink Himalayan Salt is great!)
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 2 doonks of THM Stevia Extract
