    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
    • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbs water
    • 30g (1 oz) cocoa butter (optional, but great if you want a richer panna cotta)
    • 3 tbs raw sugar
    • 225g (8 oz) strawberries, hulled
    • 3/4 tsp agar agar powder (1 tsp agar agar powder if omitting the cocoa butter)
