- 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon table salt
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon water
- Coarse sugar for sprinkling (may substitute regular granulated sugar)
