Ingredients

- 1/2 pound fiddleheads
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound baby leeks, washed, trimmed, and cut into thirds on a bias
