    • 1/2 lime (juice only, lemon can also be used as well)
    • cold water
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 medium red onion (finely chopped)
    • 2 stalks scallions (finely chopped)
    • 1 1/2 tbsp chili garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tsp champagne vinegar
