Ingredients
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (from five 4 3/4- by 2 1/4-inch crackers)
- 1/2 cup pecans (1 3/4 ounce), finely chopped
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 3 packages (250 g or 8 oz each) Brick Cream Cheese, softened (I used 2 light, and one full fat)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 -1/2 Tablespoons Spiced Whisky - Wiser's Torched Toffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 can (284ml) Hershey's Top Scotch Butterscotch Topping (or caramel topping of your choice)
- 1-1/2 cups pecan halves
