    • 3 large eggs, room temperature
    • ½ C whole milk
    • 2 Tbsp sour cream ( or Greek Yogurt)
    • 1 Tbsp Nielsen-Massey Tahitian vanilla extract
    • 3 large egg whites
    • 3 sticks butter ( 1½ cup)
    • ¾ C sugar
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 1 Tbsp Tahitian Vanilla extract
    • Sparkling sugar for decoration.
