- 1 cup beef or chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 large carrot, finely chopped
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup of extra vegetables grated or very finely chopped (I use broccoli, kale/spinach/silver beet, cauliflower
- Salt and pepper to taste
