    • 2 15 oz cans low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 4-5 limes, make sure to measure)
    • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
    • 1 avocado chopped
