    You can use peach jello in place of the apricot if you can't find it in stores (I can't find the apricot jello in all grocery stores).If your blender is not big enough, you can mix the jello/pineapple mixture from the blender in a large bowl with the cool whip, and using a whisk, stir to combine it all together. Or do two batches in the blender (that's what I do).

    • 2 packages (3 oz each) apricot jello
    • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
    • 1 carton (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
