    Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
    • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • pinch of ground cinnamon
    • 7 cups vegetable stock (or chicken stock)
    • 1 cup water
    • 4 scallions, sliced thinly (for garnish - optional)
