Summary
Smoked Paprika is one of those spices everyone should have on hand. It's smoky flavour is perfect for grilling. I had to develop a rub dedicated to this amazing spice. This rub can be used on just about anything. I use it on chicken and beef dishes, but it would be amazing sprinkled on seafood as well.

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika (start with less your first time and adjust to your taste!)
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder or salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder or salt
