    • 2 pounds ground beef (preferably grass-fed)
    • 1 large acorn squash (cut into 1/2 inch cubes (you can also use 3 cups of another winter squash, cubed))
    • 1 can coconut milk
    • 1 can pumpkin puree
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 2 tablespoons curry powder (or all of the below AIP curry blend)
    • 1 1/2 inch fresh ginger (peeled and diced)
    • 4-6 garlic cloves
    • 1 lemon (quartered)
    • fresh cilantro for topping (optional)
    • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
    • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1 teaspoon dried dill
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
