    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon dried coriander
    • 1 cup frozen spinach
    • 1 (10 oz) package frozen shrimp (peeled, de-veined, tail off)
    • salt and pepper (to taste)
    • 1 cup green onion (chopped)
    • crumbled goat cheese
    • fresh herbs (like parsley)
