- ½ cup walnut halves, finely chopped
- 2-15oz cans fire roasted tomatoes
- 3-15oz cans beans, drained and rinsed (I used black, pinto, and kidney beans)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1½ tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1½ tsp salt (more to taste)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
