    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • 5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    • 1 onion, diced
    • juice from one lime
    • 1/2 cup orange juice (or 2 Tbsp orange juice concentrate + 3/8 cup water)
