    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp ground black pepper
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, sliced in half
    • 2 cups carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
    • 1 cup green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
    • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
