    • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
    • 1½ cups sliced onions
    • 4 cups sweet peppers (we like a mix of green, red, yellow and orange)
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon pepper
