    I didn’t have any Ranch dressing in the fridge when I was trying to make a dip for some fried zucchini so I took some mayonnaise and mixed it with other handy ingredients to create a concoction that I called Slap Juice. After family and friends told me they liked it since it works on pretty much anything, I coined the name Slap Juice. It’s great on coleslaw and makes a good dip because it’s pretty neutral and lets the flavor of your main ingredient come through. Add a bit of cayenne or Louisiana hot sauce if you like it spicy.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Best Foods)
    • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (use more or less to adjust the sauce thickness to your liking)
    • ½ cup white sugar
    • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
    • 1 teaspoon SYD Original Rub
    • dash of white pepper
    • Bag of coleslaw
