    • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
    • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion

    • 1 teaspoon dried dill
    • 1 cup uncooked rice, I used Jasemine rice
