    • 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled, deveined shrimp, tails removed (thawed, if frozen)
    • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper {more or less depending on spiciness you like}
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • Dash of pepper
    • 1/2 cup white wine {I used Sauvignon Blanc}
    • 1/3 cup sun-diried tomatoes
    • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
