    Comfort food for those winter months. Fluffy potatoes, and a rich meat mixture of ground beef and veggies make this delicious Shepherd's Pie.

    Ingredients

    • 4 large russet potatoes (I always have left over mashed potatoes)
    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 3 Tbsp. milk
    • 1 lb lean ground beef
    • 1 Tbsp. oil
    • 1 medium onion; diced
    • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 packages gravy mix; made per directions on package; Approx. 2 cups (Feel free to use homemade if you have it)
