    • 3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced small (1/4 inch pieces)
    • 2 to 3 cups broccoli florets
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 3/4 to 1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (I use panko)
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 teaspoon salt (I use coarse, kosher salt)
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (I use coarse black pepper)
    • 1/2 cup apple cider or unseasoned rice vinegar
    • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (my favorite homemade recipe here)
    • 1/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar
    • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
