    • 1 inch Bundle asparagus (halved with 1 of stem cut off)
    • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
    • 1 Red bell pepper (Large, core removed and sliced)
    • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (each TBSP separated)
    • 1 tbsp Basil (Freshly chopped)
    • 2 Garlic cloves (finely minced)
    • Sea salt (to taste) and;
    • Fresh cracked pepper
