    Ingredients

    • 1 TBSP Bacon Fat
    • 1 TBSP Olive or Avocado Oil
    • 1 Shallot Peeled, finely diced
    • 2 Pieces Cooked Bacon chopped fine (or as fine as you want)
    • 1/2 LB Fresh Spinach extra doesn't hurt
    • 1/4 TSP kosher salt
    • 1/4 TSP Red Pepper Flakes optional
