    • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    • 8 oz. Muenster cheese, shredded
    • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, rinsed and sliced in strips
    • 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
    • 4 extra large flour tortillas
    • Spicy brown mustard for dipping
