    • 2 tsp olive oil or other cooking fat
    • ? cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (softened in hot water and drained prior to adding)
    • ½ small onion, chopped
    • 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
    • Large pinch (or more) crushed red pepper flakes
    • Salt to taste
