    • 1/2 celeriac, cleaned and diced in appr. 2cm cubes
    • 3 big carrots, sliced in appr. 2cm pieces
    • 2 sweet bellpeppers, cut in coarse pieces
    • 1/2 cauliflower, cut into small pieces
    • 3 jalapeños
    • 2 red chillies
    • 4 twigs of thyme
    • 2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp coarse seasalt
