    Ingredients

    • 1 bottle pinot noir
    • 1/2 cup gold rum
    • 1 cup spiced apple cider, we used Trader Joe’s
    • 1 apple, preferably a firm variety like honeycrisp
    • 1 pear
    • juice of 1/2 lemon ~ 3 Tablespoons
    • 2 Tablespoons cane sugar
    • 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon
    • pinch of salt
