    • 5 - 6 tablespoons filtered water
    • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar
    • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (I used REAL Salt .)
