    • juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, chopped
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 5-6 skewers metal or wooden (wooden should be soaked in water for 30+min before grilling)
