    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • Chopped cilantro (optional)

    • 1 cup whole wheat couscous
    • 1/4 cup golden raisins
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
