    This tasty curry is full of flavour and nutrients from fresh ingredients! The potatoes are fried with spices, and then simmered in a sauce made from pureed kale leaves, chilli, ginger, tomato and garlic. A delicious curry; serve with rice or naan breads.

    • 6 large kale leaves
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • 1 red chilli
    • 1 tomato
    • 1 inch piece of ginger
    • 1 cup water
    • ½ tsp salt
