    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
    • salt & pepper to taste

    • ½ tsp paprika
    • ½ tsp garlic

    • ½ salt
    • 1 lb red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1 inch thick slices
