- 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
