    One of my favorite things about the trip were the unlimited piña coladas our resort would serve. I was 8 months pregnant at the time, so anything to cool me down was much needed. I drank so many of these, I couldn't even keep track! I was craving some so badly this week, that I decided to make my own.

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups pineapple juice
    • 2 cups frozen banana slices
    • 2 cups pineapple sherbet
    • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
    • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
