- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of my local baking mix (equal parts ground golden flax, almond flour, and coconut flour)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cups gentle sweet or my copycat recipe
- 1 tsp. molasses
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- sugar free chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (Optional, for the ones I put chocolate chips into I put 3 chocolate chips into each tart. Five would've been better)
