    • 1 cup pistachios
    • ¼ cup O White Balsamic Vinegar (or White Wine Vinegar)
    • ½ cup O Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
    • juice and zest of 1 lemon
    • 1 Tablespoon sugar
    • ¼ teaspoon quality sea salt
