Hello there! If you are new here, you might want to subscribe to the RSS feed for updates on this topic. There is a saying in French “après l’effort, le réconfort” which roughly translates to “after effort comes comfort”. This is exactly what this Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie is about. Such a great way to refuel. I love exercising. It keeps me sane, but also, since having children, it is my only excuse for some proper “Me Time”. On my bucket list for 2016 is the small matter of a triathlon which I signed up for with a handful of my girlfriends. As it is our first time, we sensibly opted for a mini version. Christmas time was fun as we exchanged tips and advice of wetsuits and the likes. Reality kicked in this month when training started along with the first aches, pains and injuries. Silky, indulgent and delicious this smoothie is currently my favourite way to replenish and rehydrate after exercising. And when the going gets tough, it’s the best thing to be looking forward to!
