Ingredients
- 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. almond butter (optional, you could also substitute natural peanut butter or cashew butter)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch cardamom (optional, but so nice!)
- pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- generous pinch salt
- 2 tbsp. almond butter (can substitute natural peanut butter or cashew butter)
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil (or your favorite baking oil)
- 4 cups diced peaches (about 4 medium peaches)
- 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
