    Ingredients

    • 1/2 Stick of Butter
    • 1-2 Onions, diced
    • 2 Green Peppers, chopped
    • 2 Red, Yellow or Orange Peppers
    • 1-2 Jalapeno Peppers (Add more if you prefer the heat)
    • 2 or more Garlic Cloves
    • 1 lb of Chicken Breasts or thighs
    • 1 cup water
    • 3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    • 1 cup of diced of tomatoes
    • Glucomannan (start with ½ tsp and add to desired thickness) (or xanthan gum)
    • 2 tbs of Paprika
    • 1 Cup of unsweetened almond milk
    • 1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
