    • 2 – 28 ounce cans San Marzano tomatoes
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 3 cups vegetable broth
    • 1 cup Chianti wine
    • 5 cups crustless rustic italian bread, cup into small cubes
    • 1 1/4 cups shaved parmesan cheese
    • Salt and pepper
