    • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
    • 1 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
    • 1/3 cup coconut aminos
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon fish sauce (omit for vegan)
    • 8 eggs (cooked & scrambled, *omit for vegan*)
    • fresh parsley (chopped- for topping)
    • green onions (sliced- for topping)
