    • 4 large cloves of garlic
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • salt and pepper
    • 4 pieces of bacon
    • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
    • Butternut squash seeds, cleaned and patted dry
    • Coconut oil spray
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
