    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • ¼ tsp ground cloves
    • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    • 1 cup pumpkin puree
    • 2 mashed bananas
    • 2 1/2 Tbs coconut cream , refrigerated over night (Savoy tastes the best because it has no preservatives)
    • 2 1/2 Tbs organic pumpkin puree
    • 2 Tbs maple syrup
    • ¼ tsp cinnamon
