    • ½ cup maple syrup
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2 eggs
    • ¼ cup coconut oil , melted
    • ½ cup pumpkin puree (Libbys is great because there is ONLY pumpkin in it)
    • ½ of a banana , mashed
    • 2 tsp ground chia seeds
    • a sprinkle of sliced almonds
