    • 4 Tbs tahini
    • 4 Tbs +1 Tbs olive oil (divided- 4 tbs for the hummus, 1 tbs to roast the vegetables)
    • 4 Tbs lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp black pepper
    • ½ tsp cumin
